How do I qualify for free towing?

Free towing applies when your vehicle is picked up within 10 miles of any Alpha Automotive shop and the repair totals $250 or more in labor charges. If both conditions are met, the tow is on us. Submit the tow request form above or call (614) 235-8037 to confirm.

Do you offer emergency towing near me?

Yes. Select "Urgent" on the tow request form or call us at (614) 235-8037. We'll dispatch a truck to your location as quickly as possible. East Columbus, Bexley, Reynoldsburg, Whitehall, Pickerington, and Canal Winchester are all in our regular service area.

What if my repair is less than $250 in labor?

We still provide towing — it just isn't free. We'll give you an upfront tow quote before dispatching. Many times a diagnostic reveals additional needed work that brings the labor total above $250, so it's worth discussing before you commit.
